Hotel resort proposal in Jebel Ali, Dubai waterfront. Designed as an eco-friendly landmark, the project integrates natural ventilation from ocean breezes, a vegetated envelope for insulation, and a solar panel façade as a symbol of energy and sustainability. Shaded rooftop gardens provide pleasant outdoor spaces for leisure and social activities.
